Aimee Stidham is the Claims SIU Manager for Hiscox USA, where she leads the company’s Special Investigations Unit in identifying, mitigating, and preventing insurance fraud across the U.S. market. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry - including more than 15 years dedicated to Special Investigations - Aimee has built a reputation for operational excellence, collaborative leadership, and strategic innovation.

She currently serves as President of the International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU), a global organization committed to advancing fraud-fighting professionals through education, advocacy, and investigative best practices. In this role, Aimee fosters partnerships among insurers, law enforcement, and regulatory agencies to strengthen the industry’s response to insurance fraud.

Aimee also serves as an advisor to the Board of Governors of the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB), the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud, and the Global Insurance Fraud Summit. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to transparency, education, and cross-sector collaboration.

A frequent speaker and panelist at international conferences, Aimee shares insights on fraud trends, investigative techniques, and the evolving role of technology in modern fraud detection. She holds multiple professional designations, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator (CIFI), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Fraud Claim Law Specialist (FCLS).
